Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you do not have any of the Listed Contraindications that disqualify you from getting a permanent makeup procedure. Among the list, you must be 18 years or older, not pregnant, nursing, nor diabetic.
Deposit
All services and trainings require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount will be due during time of scheduled service or training.
Rescheduling
Trainings must be rescheduled at least 7 business days in advance **we are closed on Sundays**, otherwise it will be considered a cancellation. Cancellations forfeit the original deposit and a new non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a new training date.

Late Arrival
If you arrive 15-minutes late or more for your scheduled appointment, J Wood Brows reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. A new non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
If you arrive 1-hour late or more for your scheduled training, J Wood Academy reserves the right to cancel your training and your deposit will be forfeited. A new non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule a new training date.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment or training without cancelling or rescheduling in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” forfeit their deposit for the service.
If you are more than 15-minutes late for a complimentary appointment, your appointment is cancelled, and your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary.
